Spending Easter at this hotel was one of my best experiences yet! the location was also key, with everything we needed being within walking distance. the hotel offered great amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a delicious breakfast spread.
There were a few things that could be improved upon. This caused some inconvenience, as we were tired and needed to rest early.

We arrived late at the hotel and unfortunately, our room was not ready. Despite this, the receptionist was accommodating and polite. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who enjoy karaoke and casinos, with both being easily accessible. The room we eventually checked into was spacious and comfortable with an adequate bathroom.
Some areas of the hotel were not as clean as they could have been.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming, providing us with excellent service during our stay. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which was close to some of the best local attractions. the comfortable beds and clean sheets were a real highlight for us, ensuring that we had a peaceful night's sleep after our long day of exploring.
The check-in process was a bit of a letdown for us as the room we had reserved wasn't ready at the promised time. We had to wait a while before we were able to access our room, which was frustrating after our tiring journey.
